This comfortable single storey detached cottage is an ideal base for coastal walking and beach going couples. On one side of the courtyard is a small lawn overlooking fields and railed steps lead up from a central parking area to a small fenced, raised patio, and a glazed front door which opens into a pleasant beamed living room with fitted kitchen area, a pine dining table and comfortable seating. A beamed bedroom has a four poster bed with duvet and an en-suite shower room / W.C. with hand basin.

THE OLD STABLE and SPRINGFIELD BARN - Two detached cottages within a few minutes drive, or a mile by footpath, of the lovely sandy beaches of Constantine and Treyarnon. They are set in a lane in the farming hamlet of Trevear and both are approached from a tarmac parking area that fronts them. One dog is accepted in each. Visitors have the use of a field next to the parking area and the nearest shops and pubs are at St Merryn a mile away. Padstow and a further selection of lovely beaches are all within a few minutes drive.
